Improve IT Operations With AI and ML
Deliver your IT services efficiently, go above and beyond, and exceed manual repetitive tasks.
- Many IT departments experience difficulty with meeting the business' expectations for service delivery on a regular basis.
- Despite significant investment in improving various areas of IT operations, you still feel like you’re constantly firefighting.
- To tackle these issues, businesses tend to invest in purchasing multiple solutions. This not only complicates their IT operations, but also, in some cases, deteriorates functionality.

Full transparency, I did not feel the BWL IT Team was prepared for the call with respect to their focus areas and pain points. I feel that either the team should have selected a focus area (e.g. Change Management) in advance or perhaps the analyst could have recommended a topic or flow in advance to compensate. The session was useful to again review and reiterate the offerings and artifacts on the web site for client use. Also, the session drove out some clarity internally, that we as a department need to focus on what we are trying to accomplish (short and long term) given there are many areas and opportunities available. Our lesson learned is to be better prepared to participate in these analyst calls. Read Less
